Question 1

What benefits do your systems provide?

Accepted Answer

Employees spend less time on repetitive tasks, manually completing documents and entering information. The organisation gains a clearer view of its processes, along with reminders, up-to-date data and reports. This saves time, reduces the risk of errors and improves day-to-day efficiency.

Question 2

Can the system be updated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If internal processes or documents change, or new requirements arise, we can expand and improve the system. You are not tied to a fixed solution – we manage and develop our systems according to your organisation’s actual working needs.

Question 3

How long does system customisation take?

Accepted Answer

On average, a system is fully customised and ready to use within one month of signing the agreement. The exact timeline depends on the required changes and the scope of the project, but an existing operational foundation allows us to complete the work considerably faster.

Question 4

Will we need to purchase or install additional equipment?

Accepted Answer

No. Our systems operate through a web browser, so all you need is a computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection. You do not need to purchase or maintain your own server, buy specialised equipment or install the system separately on every device.

Question 5

How do you ensure the security of our data?

Accepted Answer

Each client receives a separate system environment, an individual domain and separate data storage. Systems belonging to different clients are not connected to one another, ensuring that their data remains isolated. We use encrypted data transmission, individual user accounts, securely managed login sessions and role-based access permissions. We also implement protection against automated bots and repeated or suspicious login attempts. Such attempts are automatically limited or blocked. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Security measures are built into the system architecture from the beginning. This layered security approach helps protect client data while maintaining stable and fast system performance.

Question 6

Do you work with budget-funded institutions and public procurement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We participate in public procurement procedures and work with the electronic systems used for public procurement. We submit invoices to budget-funded institutions through SABIS, allowing the entire process to follow standard public-sector procedures.

Question 7

Do you provide employee training?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When needed, we provide practical training focused on the system functions employees use in their daily work. Our aim is to help the team understand the system quickly and use it confidently from the first days.

Question 8

Do you provide support after system implementation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our work does not end once login details have been provided. We offer guidance on using the system, help resolve any questions and continue improving it when needed. We do not hide behind chatbots or automated replies – clients can contact us by phone and receive real support.
